Sadaqah is voluntary charity — given freely, anytime, any amount. Sadaqah Jariyah is "continuous charity" — giving whose benefit endures: a well that provides water for decades, a school that educates generations, a mosque that hosts prayer until Yawm al-Qiyamah. Mohseen treats both with the seriousness they deserve.
Two related concepts, two distinct flows
One-time or recurring. Weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Donors set up and manage their own recurring Sadaqah from the contributor portal. Pause anytime, resume anytime — no office calls.
Designated for projects whose benefit endures. Well construction, school building, mosque construction, education endowments, medical-facility funding, perpetual food-aid programmes. Tracked separately with project-level provenance.
Donors give to a specific project — "Tube-well in Bangladesh village X," "Hifz scholarship for student Y," "Mosque construction in city Z." Project page updates, completion celebrations, ongoing impact reporting.
For Sadaqah Jariyah, donors often want their gift remembered. With consent, donors are recorded as project-supporters in perpetuity — names on the project record (not publicly displayed by default, admin-controlled).
A common Islamic practice: giving Sadaqah Jariyah in the name of a deceased family member. The reward (in Islamic theology) flows to them. Mohseen supports "in memory of" attribution at the contribution level.
